No Unlimited Broadband from PlusNet
‘Unlimited broadband’ is a keyword for all broadband companies out there. However, an underlying question that remains is that do they really stick to their word. Not at all, even at PlusNet, it goes with the similar slogan but come up with different versions of this. That is unlimited broadband is given as quality, value for money as other broadband services.
Unlimited broadband in veracity
Reality is something very different as to what the company promises. That is, ISP supports limited capacity and if people have started using this service unlimitedly the end result will be the slowed down or there will be downfall of the provider. This in turn results in slow or unhindered performance. It is very expensive and time consuming to tackle this problem and to come up with solutions. Most of the broadband providers that offer unlimited service try their level best to prevent people from using unlimited broadband which is irrelevant. On top of that they try to come up with a still more inappropriate policy ‘fair use policy’. It may sound weird to you but this is the reality.
The usage allowance ranges from 1GB a month to 30GB a month and further can be achieved on additional payments. If one is not so sure about the monthly usage you are provided with an online usage meter. Many fall for this and they get stuck in between. Withdrawal from this is almost impossible as it is our needs to be satisfied not the other way around.
PlusNet do not have ‘unlimited broadband’ schemes but they are more sincere to give you ‘clear usage allowances’ along with ‘free overnight usage’.
