Worldwide Discrepancy on the Broadband Costs

Meanwhile, China can maintain only 7.7 % breach having a charge of 7.19 % for the income a month, when put next to the 33.8% access at a 1.41% charge, claimed by South Korea.

Additionally, Dr Hamadoun Touré, the Secretary General of the ITU, stress on the importance of the broadband. This becomes a major criterion. He adds that the broadband will add on to the economic and social development in the 21st century.

ITU asserts that 30 countries cover broadband as an aspect of their worldwide access/service definition. This would definitely make it a public service, thus making it better available to the people.
