It was also announced that the internet service provider was striving hard to bring back its customer services to the normal stage at the earliest.

The internet service provider that is popular in the UK for its cheap business broadband packages, has further revealed that its centres of contact in the north of England were the ones particularly hit by the heavy snowfall that occurred a week back. The main problem, according to the ISP was that the workers could not get to work safely.

In one of the blogs on the website of the broadband provider, Nigel Pearson the firm’s seniro director for customer services said that employees were working fresh shift patterns to make sure that adequate cover was on hand, as non-priority activity has been postponed for the purpose.

Pearson explained that with the volume of inbound calls from the customers received by them and the persisting hostile weather conditions they believed that it would take some time for the situation to be put back on track.

The TalkTalk customer services senior director also said that the whole customer services team at TalkTalk, nonetheless were working out every thing possible to answer the customers’ calls as well as to deliver the service rightly expected by them.
