Virgin Media weighs down Edinburgh Broadband Customers

0

Broadband customers of Edinburgh reported that they were weighed down by Virgin Media following a fault that occurred in their services. Virgin Media is the leading broadband provider in the UK.

Almost hundreds of residents of Edinburgh did not get access to the broadband. It was found out that a hardware that was rolled out there by Virgin Media became faulty. The hardware covered almost four post codes of that area.

A news report that came in the Edinburgh Evening News quoted by a website, reported that a broadband customer of the region was informed about the havoc that may occur and that might not get fixed until 29th of September.

In the mean time, Virgin Media commented that there was no such issue and the problem that brought grief in the people was solved by Tuesdays morning’s early hours. The company spokesman on behalf of the company apologized for the inconvenience caused to the customers.
