Virgin media talks about the advantages of the fibre optic broadband
Chief executive officer at Virgin Media, Neil Birkett claims that customers receive no less than 90 per cent of the broadband speed they subscribe for. To give its customers a clear picture about the speeds they get, Virgin Media, the Fibre optic cable broadband provider restates their policy.
Neil Birkett, while writing a column for the Mirror said that most of the customers are getting 100 per cent of broadband speeds they subscribed for. He added that even peak browsing hours, customers received 90 per cent of speed they signed up for.
The reason he gave for their accomplishment is their usage of optic cable broadband which they use instead of the traditional phone lines. To give its customer more value for their money invested on 10Mb, 20Mb, 50Mb or our soon-to-launch 100Mb broadband service, they are continuously investing on the networks.
Customers who intends to subscribe for either the L broadband or M home phone bundle of Virgin Media should do it fast as the last date is July 30th 2010.
