Tiscali released their results
Tiscali broadband, a prominent name among the broadband providers in the UK has released its latest quarterly results to 30th September 2008. The report shows a turn down in ADSL based broadband subscribers to 1,774,000. This value is drastically down by -64,000 on the second quarters 1,838,000 and first quarters 1,875,000.
The problem faced by this provides is likely to be sorted out by Sky Broadband who are in a process to buy Tiscali. A main point of Sky Broadband is that they have just topped Tiscali who stands amongst the top 10 providers in the UK.
It is to be noted that 889,000 broadband users of Tiscali are on its unbundled or LLU platform, with approximately 887,000 customers who subscribe to dual play services.
