O2 has unveiled its latest technical support service exclusive for its mobile and home broadband customers.

This technical support service known as “no fix – no fee” is an extended version of the free technical services offered by O2 Broadband for its home and mobile broadband customers which deals with problems in relation to their O2 service. By paying £7.34 per month, this service offers enhanced technical support on various services. They will guide you in setting up software which links home cinema systems, in removing virus and in connecting a CCTV system.

Head of Pay Monthly, Jonathan Earle said that they have given ear to their customers needs and they consider O2 Tech Support to distinguish them from the market. The customers will be advised by them on related O2 services like on modem, router or their network. O2 Tech Support is customer’s one stop shop were they can buy a product, get advice and get the things fixed. If they fail to fix then they will not charge the customer.

Three months minimum contract is required for the £7.34 service. Pay as you use service at £14.69 a month is also available and under which the customers are offered with “no fix – no fee” policy.
