As a part of broadband deals, TalkTalk provides free access to the Project Canvas TV service. Speaking at the Marketforce and the Institute of Economic Affairs annual Future of Broadcasting Conference Max Alexander, Senior Director of the internet service provider said that YouView could be provided along with other services in the coming year.

Daily Telegraph suggested that the set-top boxes complaint with the web-connected service will be available for sale at £200. TalkTalk is offering free access of this device as a part if its mobile phone-style pricing plan. Mr Alexander also said at the event that the prices for software and hardware will vary.

The provider TalkTalk said that its Pro broadband and home phone package are renamed as TalkTalk Plus. The package includes unlimited download allowance, 24Mb broadband, wireless router and anytime calls to landlines around the UK.
