Plea made by a Shropshire resident for reduced broadband speeds of 0.5Mb

0

An annoyed broadband customer residing at Shropshire who received a frustrating slow broadband speed of 0.5Mb resorts to the press.

Stephen Dawson, the resident spoke to the Shropshire Star and has appealed for an improved Fibre optic broadband deal and has requested all the Internet service providers in the UK for precise advertising.

He said that this poor speed was due to the BT’s infrastructure and will improve with the development made in their telephone lines and expectantly installing a fibre optic.

Stephen Dawson was angered by his unbalanced monthly telephone bill of £15 and inquired publicly as to why he should pay the bill when others received 20 times faster download speed at the same price.

Broadband speed tests will reveal your broadband speed and you can find out for yourself if you are getting the advertised speed.
