Ofcom, the UK’s communications watchdog has brought out a review that tells how people can change broadband providers easily. With this review people can switch to other broadband provides much easily and effortlessly.

Whether it is the lack of information or the complexity of processes that put off users from changing to another provider, is still to be found out by Ofcom. Ofcom’s spokesperson said that for the coming 12 months, the review will be given top priority. It is difficult to compare the bundle deals of the rivals, she added.

Often customers are forced to stick to the existing provider than searching for a better deal, thinking about the complexities involved. Last week broadband bundle providers have reduced the early termination charges up to 85 per cent on home phone deals following the discussions with Ofcom.
