No Safe Website

0

‘No more safe websites’ – this warning has been given to all the broadband users recently. Kevin Hogan of internet security organisation Symantec Security Response commented that the users should be cautious of all the prospective terrorization created by all the sites when browsing the web.

He also mentioned that it is no longer the case that people can abstain from visiting specific kinds of sites, for instance gambling and porn websites in order to ensure that they stay protected on the internet.

Mr. Hogan stated that the concept of there being a good and bad neighbourhood on the web is in fact vanished and any prospective website could have been seized unknown to you and also even the organisation running the website.

According to Websense, one of the most important threats in 2008 will be the increase of malware hits based on the major events such as the Olympics.
