NextGenUs UK and AFL Telecommunications launch broadband network in Ashby de la Launde
A new super fast fibre optic cable broadband network is due for roll out in the local Lincolnshire village of Ashby de la Launde, jointly by NextGenUs UK and AFL Telecommunications. The work for the same is already underway.
This project done by AFL Telecommunications and NextGenUs UK is expected to make downloads speeds up to 100Mb/s accessible at the properties in the parts.
Meanwhile, the reports states that nearly 60 residences in addition to the 3 businesses have embarked on the job of digging in an attempt to set up the fibre optic broadband infrastructure.
According to Guy Jarvis, the Chief executive of NextGenUs UK the ISP is also in the thick of campaigning to urge the government to finance the rural broadband services. He also remarks on the advantages of having super fast internet.
In the meantime, BT has also been working to improve the accessibility of fibre optic broadband, nowadays.
The locals and offices in the region of Headingley, Tettenhall and parts of Greater Manchester in the UK could also draw on the existing ventures.
