Mobile broadband with “Free” laptop deals expensive
The results of a recent consumer survey have proved that the mobile broadband with free laptop deals is expensive when compared to the deal with out the free laptop. The breakout of the mobile broadband with laptop deals was to increase the popularity of mobile broadband among the people. Almost 60% of the customers found out the deal to be really expensive, where as only 15% believed that the combined deals offered value for their money.
It has been noticed that the customers pay more each month for these deals than they pay for just mobile broadband only deals – a disappointing fact!! The perfect example to prove this true is to consider the “free laptop” mobile broadband deal from O2 mobile broadband. The O2 Mobile broadband only deal with 3GB mobile broadband data transfer has been priced at £14.69, though the current rate of this deal is £9.79. On the other hand, it is £29.38 per month for the “Free” Samsung NC10 Mini-Laptop with 3GB mobile broadband data transfer for a 24 month contract. This clearly quotes that there is nearly £20 difference per month for taking the “free laptop” when compared to the mobile broadband alone.
The positive way to have a look at this deal is to own a new laptop, if you don’t have one and is in real need of it by paying just £20 in instalments, in spite of paying more at a time. If you are in need of a new laptop and cannot afford one, this is the best deal to go with.
