Faster Broadband creates “Optimistic Impact” on Businesses

Recent researches have shown that the advent and adoption of latest technologies have provided a sense of sigh to companies at time of recession. According to the reports from BT Broadband, nearly two thirds of enterprises have benefited from faster broadband speeds.

According to researches, there has been an increase of 10% in the turn over for the technology innovators while some small enterprises reluctant in adopting new technologies witnessed a fall in turnover from the beginning of the recession. A statement of the Business Pulse reported that with the use of technology, it has brought 30% savings and 28% increase in new customers.

Strategy director of BT Business, Mick Hegarty commented that small business communities have worked hard to endure the downturn and has shown some signs of recovery. He also added that all credits to technology since it has not only saved the business firms from devastating but has opened a wide aspect to use this in the future more effectively and at reduced costs. BT also found that small and medium enterprises such as Twitter have started using social networks increasingly to improve their businesses.
