Failure in Vodafone websites results in series of problems
Due to the severe outages and speed issues in the Vodafone website, Vodafone mobile broadband customers faced a number of login and top-up problems and it lasted three long hours on Sunday 29 August.
Unavailability of credit balance, failure to top-up and login was the problems faced by the customers.
This was a system-wide problem and even customer service staff of Vodafone failed to take payments by credit or debit card. After some time top-ups were successful and the earlier top-ups though successful but did not show any confirmation through email or text message.
Vodafone did not give any information regarding the problems. Some Vodafone customers said that they have experienced similar web site and login problems on customer forums of Vodafone.
