Three broadband ISPs in the UK condemned for poor customer satisfaction
According to the recent broadband survey results of Which?, a consumer magazine some of the biggest ISPs in the UK including AOL UK , Orange UK and Opal Telecom offered poor customer satisfaction. All these broadband providers where given just 1 star for customer satisfaction out of five. AOL and Opal were among the TalkTalk Group.
These broadband providers were rated considering factors such as reliability, broadband speed, value for money and customer service. This is not a bad news as the general broadband satisfaction of all the ISPs has increased to 52% from the 50% that was reported in the Which? survey six months before.
Between June and July 2010, the magazine has surveyed 9,657 online panel members. They covered 26 broadband providers before they arrived at a conclusion. Subscribers of the magazines could alone access the full results of the survey. When the full details are received they will post a news item.
